To ensure your package is delivered properly and in an appropriate time frame, please make sure the information entered when checking out is accurate. Please note that B.Shantaul Collection is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen or packages delayed in transit. Processing Time:
All items that are in stock will be complete and ready for shipment in approximately 3-4 business days. During the holidays, or sales production timelines are extended to 4-6 business days.
Processing time for all Custom Orders are 7-15 Business Days excluding Weekends and Holidays! Please note custom orders are sent to be completed within 4 hours after the order has been placed and confirmed. Orders placed during a sale or high volume times (ex. holidays) will have an extended processing time. Once an order is ready, customer will receive tracking information via Email letting them know their order has been shipped out. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days via USPS.
All custom orders will receive email status updates during production time.
Shipping:
All packages are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail® and must be signed for upon Delivery. Customers will be provided with a Tracking Number via Email once their orders are shipped out.Local Pickup:
B.Shantaul Collection is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL (Broward County) We offer local pickup and deliveries with a $5 fee within 10 mile radius; after 10 miles there is an additional $10 delivery fee. To be eligible for local pickups you must first place your order and once confirmed you will be contacted via email or text with instructions and pickup location.
